I know this seems too good to be true based on all the diets, etc. you read about or hear about on a regular basis. However, I ran across this article in a wellness publication and thought I would share it since I used a lot of this same advise during my weight loss transformation over 30 years ago. My first piece of advice is to workout the very first thing in the morning. If that means getting up a little ahead of everybody else, so be it. If you are serious about making this fitness thing work, this is a sacrifice you need to make. It’s not that bad and it will get you energized for your day. Also, if you don’t get your routine done at this time, your fun vacation activities take over and you will lose your desire and motivation to workout. More times than not, the vacation “fun stuff” doesn’t start first thing in the morning. Read More
